Listed only when a matching connected service is enabled.
Drive Changed runs when Drive push notifications arrive. Empty folder watches My Drive. A folder watches that folder. Google does not send cell-level diffs — follow with Get File or List Files if you need a fresh read.
Watches expire about daily. Vettero renews them on a schedule.

Use case
- When a file lands in an intake folder, create a table row and store the id on a Drive File column.
- Download with Download File and persist if Vettero should keep a copy.
