Use case
- Status moves to
Done— notify, close a loop, or start the next workflow. - Assignee (User) changes — alert the new owner.
- Amount, due date, or a flag flips — compare old and new values in the handler (for example only run when the new status is
Won). - One column only. Watch several columns with Fields changed; any edit on the row with Row updated.
