Run when any of several selected fields changes on a row.

Use case
- Quote rows: fire once if amount, discount, or currency changes — one handler instead of three Field changed events.
- Ticket SLA: watch due date or priority or status together.
- Shared follow-up (notify, recalc a Formula downstream) whenever any watched column on the row changes.
- Use a run condition on which field actually changed when the flow should still branch.
