Use case
- Soft-close a ticket or deal: send a survey, write a closing note, or copy a snapshot elsewhere without deleting the row.
- A Button Archive row (or another archive path) should still run follow-up automation.
- Keep history in the table; use Row deleted only when the row is gone.
