Spreadsheet Changed runs when Drive push notifications arrive for that spreadsheet file. Google does not send which cells changed — follow with Get Values.
This trigger needs Google Sheets and Google Drive on the same connection. Watches expire about daily. Vettero renews them on a schedule.
