Is Not Empty checks one context variable and continues on true when the value is not empty. Missing, null, empty text, an empty list, and an object with no keys take false. 0 and false still count as not empty and take true.
Use Is Empty for the inverse. Use Is Truthy if 0 and false should take false.

Connect both outlets if every path should keep running. An unconnected outlet ends that branch.
