Create Text renders Template as Liquid against the run context and writes the result to the data pipe.
Optionally set Store as to also save the rendered text as a named variable in the current (local) scope. Downstream blocks can bind that name directly.
Use String for trim, split, and similar operations on existing text. Use Output → Text when the goal is a chat message, not a pipe value.

The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). The value is text.
If Store as is set, the same text is also available under that name in the current scope.
