Copy File duplicates a workspace file into upload storage. The copy has a new id. The source file is unchanged.
Use Move File when you want the same id moved into upload storage instead of a second file.

Pipe schema
The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). The value is the new file object (same shape as Get File). Use id for later steps.
Use case
- Keep a durable copy of a chat file in the library before the conversation is deleted.
- Duplicate a library asset so a table row can own its own file id.
