Create File from URL (canvas label Create from URL) downloads a remote file into workspace upload storage.
Set Update file id to replace an existing file’s contents. Turn Upsert on so a missing id still creates a new file. Size limits follow the same type-based caps as Files.

Pipe schema
The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). The value is the created or updated file object (same shape as Get File): id, name, originalName, extension, type, mime, size, url, storage, expiresAt, createdAt.
Use case
- Pull a PDF or image from a partner URL, then send it with File or ingest it into a knowledge base.
- Refresh a known file id on a schedule without creating duplicates (set Update file id, leave Upsert off).
