Delete File soft-deletes a workspace file by id. Later Get File steps treat it as missing.
This is not the same as File output, which sends a file in chat.

Use case
- Clean up a temporary export after you send it.
- Remove a file after a failed ingest, then create a replacement with Create File from URL.
