Move a file from another storage bucket into upload storage.

Move File copies the bytes into upload storage and updates the same file record (id unchanged). Files created in other buckets (chat, knowledge bases, and so on) can be moved into the shared upload library this way.
Use Copy File when you need a second file with a new id. Use Persist File only to clear expiry.

Pipe schema
The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). The value is the same file with updated url and storage (same shape as Get File).
Use case
- Promote a chat attachment into the Files library without changing ids already stored on a table.
- Normalize storage before sharing a stable public URL.
