Persist File clears expiry on a workspace file so it is kept. Temporary downloads often have expiresAt set; persist them before you store the id on a table or knowledge base.
The file id stays the same. To also move the bytes into upload storage, use Move File.

Pipe schema
The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). The value is the file object with expiresAt null (same shape as Get File).
Use case
- After Get Attachment, persist the file before writing it to a File column.
- Keep a generated report that would otherwise expire.
