Pipe schema
The next block reads this on the data pipe (pipe.value). Each date part is an object with these keys:
| Key | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
timestamp | number | Unix timestamp |
iso | text | ISO datetime |
format | text | Formatted string from Format |
| Selection | Shape |
|---|---|
| Single | One date-part object |
| Range | Object with from and to (each a date part) |
| Multiple | List of date-part objects |
If Binding Variable → Key is set, the same value is stored under that name.
When you write a range or date-part object into a table, column keys must match exactly (from, to, timestamp — not From or Timestamp).
Use case
- Book a single appointment or a date range.
- Collect a month or year for a report window.
- Reject past dates with Validation.
