Upload (palette name Upload) asks the person in a chat session to send a file, then continues. Restrict by Type, or choose Other and list Accepted Mimes. Shared bind, navigation, and error options are on Input.

If Binding Variable → Key is set, the same object is stored under that name. Send the file later with File or a similar output block.
When you write this object into a table, each property maps to a column by exact key (id, not Id).
