Page Content opens HTML or a public page and returns the visible text and the rendered HTML. It does not store a file.
Choose HTML or URL. A URL must be a public http or https address. Private and loopback addresses are rejected. Render time is billed separately from the rest of the workflow run. Text and HTML are each limited to 1.5 MB.
