Noul
Type
typesafe.noultypesafeAny
Value
Any
Noul answers a yes or no question. The result is the probability that the answer is yes. Near 1 is a strong yes. Near 0 is a strong no. Near 0.5 means it is unsure. There is no separate confidence field.
Set Yes at when a later block should branch on yes or no. The probability stays on the result. Yes at adds yes (true when the probability is at least that cutoff) and threshold (the cutoff). Leave Yes at empty to return only the probability.
Phrase the question so a high number means yes. "Does this message ask for a refund?" is clear. "Is this message free of a refund request?" reads backwards in later blocks.
A middle value is uncertainty, not a medium amount. If you need a scale, use Score.

yeswhen the customer asks for a person. - Leave Yes at empty and send the middle band, for example 0.2 to 0.8, to review instead of acting.
