Drive File
Store a Google Drive file id tied to a Google connection.
Type
google.drive.fileListed only when a matching connected service is enabled.
Drive File stores a Drive file id. It appears in the column picker only when a Google connection has Google Drive enabled.
Name, key, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.
Empty cells show a Select (or Upload) control when you can edit the column. A filled cell shows the file name and type. Open it to see details, open the file in Drive, or download a copy into workspace Files.
Configure

| Upload files | Upload from the computer straight into Drive and store the new id |
| Folder | Optional. Only files in this folder (and subfolders) can be picked or uploaded |
If a folder is set, the picker starts there. The server rejects files outside that folder.
Use case
- Keep a contract or intake packet on a row and open it from the table.
- Point the column at an intake folder, then let people drop files in from the cell.
- Pair with Drive Changed or List Files to write the id onto the row.
