Name, key, unique, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.
Configure
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Domain | Allowed domains (for example company.com). Empty means any valid email. |
| Default | Address used when a new row leaves the cell empty |
Use case
- Contact, lead, or support rows where you click the cell to open mail.
- Unique addresses so each customer or mailbox maps to one row.
- Restrict Domain to company mail (
acme.com) on internal directories. - Pair with Gmail Thread and Mail Received so inbound mail attaches to the right row.
- Pair with Contact to find or create a Google contact from this email.
