Fields

Column types you can add to a table — text, numbers, dates, files, formulas, and more.

Pick a type when you add a column. Type and key are locked after save. Shared settings (name, unique, hidden, permissions) are on the Tables page; each field page covers Config for that type.

Types that need a connected service appear in the product only when a matching connection exists.

Short text, titles, or names — with optional prefix, length, and auto-fill.
Rich Text
Long formatted text with a visual editor.
Markdown
Content written in Markdown syntax.
JSON
Structured JSON, with optional schema validation.
Secure Text
Encrypted text for secrets — masked until someone with permission reveals it.
Password
Hashed passwords with length and character rules.

Phone numbers you can store and dial.
URL
Links to websites or other resources.

Currency
Money amounts with a currency symbol.

A score on a star scale.

True or false, shown as a checkbox.

Date Time
A date and optional time, including created/updated stamps.
Relative Time
How long since a date on another field.
Duration
Span between two date fields, in hours, days, or other units.

Single Select
One option from a list of tags.
Multi Select
Several options from a list of tags.
Status
Workflow status with colors and optional allowed transitions.

User
One workspace member, with optional role filter or created/updated by.
Multi User
Several workspace members.

One document or media file.
Multi File
Several documents or media files.
Location
Latitude, longitude, and optional address.
Color
A color value (hex, RGB, or HSL).
Barcode / QR
A barcode or QR generated from another field.

Text generated by an LLM from a prompt template.
