Multi User stores several workspace members. Use User for a single assignee.

Name, key, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.

Configure

Setting	Description
Roles	Limit who can be picked. Empty means any member.

Watchers, reviewers, or a project team on one row.
Restrict Roles so only certain members can be added (for example Developers only).
Forms that collect “who should be notified” as several people. Use User for a single assignee.
