Rating stores an integer score from 0 up to the scale (stars in the grid).
Name, key, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.

Use case
- CSAT, NPS-style scores, or review scores respondents click as stars on a form.
- QA or interview scorecards in the grid (scale 5 or 10).
