Workflow status with colors and optional allowed transitions.

Status tracks workflow stage. New tables include a Status column. Tables can Group by this column. Use Single Select for tags that are not a pipeline.

Name, key, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.

Configure

Setting	Description
Options	Stage labels (unique) and colors. You can hide unused stages.
Default option	Stage for new rows
Flow	When enabled, only the transitions you draw are allowed (source → target)

Use case

Ticket or deal pipelines (New → In progress → Done) with colors in the grid.
Group by Status for a kanban-style view of work.
Turn Flow on so people can only move to allowed next stages (no skipping from New to Closed).
Watch changes with Field changed to notify or start a workflow.
