Text stores a short string. Use it for titles, names, codes, and other single-line values.
Name, key, unique, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.

| Auto Fill | None, UUID, or Random string. Locked after create. When set, the cell is filled for you and is not edited by hand. |
| Prefix / Suffix | Shown around the value in the grid |

Use case
- Ticket titles, customer names, SKUs, or reference codes (prefix/suffix for
INV-/-USstyle display). - Auto-fill UUID or Random string when every row needs an id you never type by hand.
- Unique + regex when the value must be one-of-a-kind and match a pattern (order numbers, coupon codes).
