User stores one workspace member. New tables include a User column. Use Multi User when several people should be listed.
Name, key, unique, hidden, and permissions are the same for every column — see Tables.
Configure
| Setting | Description |

| Auto Fill | None, Created By, or Updated By. Locked after create. When set, the cell is filled for you. |
| Roles | Limit who can be picked. Empty means any member. People who no longer match the filter still resolve for history. |
Use case
- Assignee or owner on a ticket; new tables already include a User column for this.
- Created By / Updated By auto-fill so you always know who opened or last touched the row.
- Limit Roles so only agents or managers appear in the picker.
- Unique when each person should own at most one row (one seat, one license).
