Companion App
The Vettero companion app is the phone and tablet version of your account. Sign in with the same email (or Google) you use in the browser. Use it to answer people, decide approvals, read notifications, and open workspaces — not to design agents or workflows.
Build and configure in the web app. Carry the day-to-day inbox and workspace shortcuts in the companion app.
Get the app and sign in
Install Vettero from the App Store (iPhone / iPad) or Google Play (Android), then open it.
- Sign in with email and password, or Sign in with Google.
- Use password reset or verify email if the app asks — same flows as the web.
- When the app asks for notifications, allow them so new messages, approvals, and inbox alerts can wake the device.
You need an existing company account (or complete registration in the app). Being added as a workspace user is what lets you open that space.
Use Home and the tab bar
After sign-in, Home greets you and summarizes unread conversations, pending approvals, and unread alerts. Tap a card to jump there. The Vettero logo in the header returns you to Home.
The tab bar is always at the bottom (it hides inside a conversation, approval detail, or agent chat):
| Tab | What it is |
|---|---|
| Messages | Human chats and queued handover requests |
| Approvals | Pause-the-run requests assigned to you or your roles |
| Alerts | The notifications inbox |
| Spaces | Workspaces you belong to |
| Profile | Name, photo, password, 2FA, appearance, company |
On a tablet, lists and details can sit side by side. Pull down on lists to refresh.
Answer messages
Messages is the mobile inbox for chat profiles — the same conversations operators handle on the web.
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| My chats | Threads already assigned to you |
| Requests | Queue of conversations waiting for someone to pick up |
Open a thread to read and reply. Unread counts show on Home and on the Messages tab. A native push for a new message opens that conversation.
This is not website visitor chat by itself. Public Web widgets stay on your site. Member In App assistants live under Spaces (see below).
Decide approvals
Open Approvals. Switch Pending and History. Tap an item to approve, reject, revoke, or submit answers for Request Information.
The list is the same human-in-the-loop inbox as on the web: gated agent tools, Request Approval, and Request Information. A push for an approval opens that item.
Approvals pause a run until someone acts. Alerts do not.
Read alerts
Alerts is the notifications inbox. Opening a row marks it read. If the notification links to a table, the app opens that table in the space. Other linked resource types stay on the list (on the web, more types open directly).
A push for an inbox notification follows the same rule: table links open the table; otherwise you land on Alerts.
Send alerts from the Send Notification block or agent tool. Recipients must be workspace users or role holders.
Open a space
Spaces lists every workspace you belong to (with your role: Owner, Admin, or Member). Search when the list is long. Tap a space to open its hub.
The hub is the mobile workspace home:
| Item | Opens |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The workspace home dashboard (widgets placed there) |
| Agent | An In App assistant you can chat with |
| Widget | A sidebar or page widget |
| Table | A table you are allowed to see |
What appears follows Workspace Settings → Sidebar Items on the web (in-app chats, widgets, and tables). On the hub, Customize shows or hides those shortcuts for this space.
You do not get the full builder here: no agent/workflow editors, Studio, channels, roles, or integration setup.
Chat with an in-app agent
From the hub, open an assistant. You talk to the bound agent or chat workflow the same way as in the web sidebar. Grant View on the In App integration so members see it.
Use a table
Open a table from the hub or from an alert that links to it.
- Browse rows, open a record, filter, and see members.
- Add or edit rows only if you are a workspace Owner or Developer. Other members can view. Full grid editing stays in the web app.
Open widgets and the dashboard
Dashboard and widget pages are the same hosted or URL widgets you configured on the web. Use them for operator views (open tickets, queues) without opening the builder.
Manage your profile
Profile is account settings, not workspace configuration.
| Screen | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Name & photo | Update how you appear |
| Password & 2FA | Change password, turn two-factor on or off |
| Appearance | Light, dark, or system theme |
| Company | View company name and company ID (copy ID) |
| Referral | Shown for company Admin when the referral program is active |
Sign out from Profile. Signing out unregisters this device for push.
Keep building in the web app
Use the browser when you need to:
- Create or edit agents, workflows, functions, skills
- Use Studio
- Connect channels and third-party services
- Design tables, forms, knowledge bases
- Manage workspace users and roles
- Pin sidebar items so they show in the mobile hub
A typical split: owners and developers build on the web; everyone else (and those same people away from a desk) uses the companion app for messages, approvals, alerts, and the space hub.
