Connecting, testing, and toggling capabilities is the same for every provider — see Third Party Services.
Get credentials on Exotel
- Open Exotel and sign in to the account that owns the Exophones and WhatsApp numbers.
- Open Settings (or API) and copy API Key, API Token, and Account SID. Exotel’s developer docs are at developer.exotel.com.
- Choose the API region that matches the account:
- India —
api.in.exotel.com - Singapore —
api.exotel.com
- India —
- For Voice, open App Bazaar → My Apps. Copy the numeric flow App ID of the voice / Voicebot app used for outbound calls. You will paste it as Voice Flow App ID in Vettero.
- Confirm the Exophone that should receive inbound calls is voice-capable on that account.
Inbound Voicebot webhook URL is not stored on this connection. After you create Exotel Voice Call, copy the webhook URL from the channel form into the Voicebot applet on that Exotel flow.
